24/7 Support
All of our customers that undertake our routine servicing and maintenance programme have the added peace of mind that our engineers are available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. During our regular office hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank or public holidays), you can contact us by telephone or email. Out of office hours, our answering machine will provide you with the contact details of our emergency call out engineers. Should your alarm system appear to have a problem in the middle of the night, our helpful, friendly and knowledgeable engineers will be at the end of the phone to try to rectify the problem and if required, will attend site to carry out any necessary repairs.
C&M Fire Alarms service and maintain Lancing College’s fire alarm systems and undertake design and installations. The College is grateful for the professional service received and prompt attention to issues as they arise.

We have contracted C&M Fire Alarms (C&M) for a number of years which involves servicing our fire alarm system Bi-Annually. An additional service they provide is attending our site when faults occur, that we are unable to rectify. My position within our company is Operations Manager, and so sourced C&M with guidance from our Fire Assessment Risk assessor. We are a private estate, with a main house and 3 cottages, also outer buildings which also need fire detection/protection. I have found C&M to be professional and a well-established company. Through our current upgrade of our fire system (because of EU regulations), they were informative with what was required to be changed, and what was best, whilst incorporating our own specific needs. They are helpful, and ensured that the cost of the project was competitive priced. They completed the installation on time and within the agreed price structure. This company I would have no hesitation to recommend.
